OUR SERVICES
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE: SITE DESIGN, OUTDOOR ROOMS, & SWIMMING POOLS
We offer full professional landscape architecture services. Our process begins with a meeting to discuss desires, needs, and logistics of the site. The mechanics of grading and drainage are critical to a successful site plan and are considered at the beginning.
We draw up original plans and detailed construction documents for all aspects of the planned environment including landscape planting schemes, patios and terraces, pools and spas, custom structures, fencing, pergolas, railings, fireplaces, firepits, and terrace walls. Softscapes and plant material are recommended and then refined in the plan, based on personal tastes and maintenance needs.
With final drawings come detailed, estimated costs for all elements of site construction.
SITE CONSTRUCTION: INSTALLATION OF HARDSCAPES, SOFTSCAPES, & STRUCTURES
Our site construction services extend to all exterior related fields. The mechanics of each site are critical and a plan is followed to ensure accuracy. Attention to details is crucial.
Since we do little to no subcontracting, we maintain all services in-house and offer you a "one-stop shop" for completion of your project. Our specialties reach quite far...so please don't hesitate to ask us if we can do it...we most likely can! Our specialties include stonework, masonry, paving, custom woodwork, site drainage, irrigation, lighting, plants and fine gardens, and custom garden structures.
Our roots in blacksmithing even allows us to fabricate custom tables and furniture to wrought iron fencing, iron railings, iron trellises and custom garden entry gates.
MAINTENANCE: LAWN, TREE CARE, LIGHTING, HARDSCAPES & IRRIGATION
We offer full professional maintenance services. Our staff of horticulturalists and our vast experience in the maintenance industry allows us to take on large or small accounts.
RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE
We offer our cleints the option to maintain their properties on an all inclusive, monthly contract basis. We don't "mow and go" - we take care of absolutely everything outside of your home. Forget about hiring aborists, lawn mowers, and seperate pruning, spraying, and fertilization companies. We can do it all and you can feel comfort knowing that the same people who built your oasis can maintain it
COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE
Similarly, we also offer large scale maintenance for corporate parks, entire subdivisions, and home associations. Our current accounts total more than 300 townhomes, condos, and single family units. We work on a daily, 1-on-1 basis with property management companies to assure them that their properties stay in top shape, day in and day out, and to assure that their homeowners can truly live a "maintenance-free" lifestyle.
